The constant opportunites to communicate. I find it relatively entertaining negotiating alliances and peace treaties even if they take up hours of my evenings. Every so often it is a nice break to talk nonsense (armies, dragons, outlaws) with strangers as opposed to the sometimes monotonous conversation of real life.
